The University of Burgundy™ Jules Guyot Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences organizes two short programmes: «TERROIR AND VINEYARD MANAGEMENT» and «BURGUNDY WINEMAKING SPECIFICITIES», designed for international professionals (academics, journalists, cellar masters, restaurateurs) and completely taught in English.

The aim of these two programs is to understand the diversity, the enhancement of Terroirs, the viticulture in Burgundy and the different winemaking strategies used for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
